Miss Missouri Volunteer

Miss Missouri Volunteer is more than a pageant. We strive to empower strong, dynamic young women by investing in their education through scholarships, improving their communication skills, encouraging them to be advocates for charitable causes, and providing them with opportunity-rich experiences that will serve as a catalyst for success. By providing a platform for tomorrow’s leaders, Miss Missouri Volunteer seeks to not only empower young women but better the community and the state of Missouri.

Miss Missouri Volunteer ~ Jaclyn Sexauer

Jaclyn Sexauer is a dancer, instructor, professional leader, and mental health advocate passionate about empowering others through movement and strength. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with dual degrees in Dance and Exercise Science, she served as captain of the SEMO Dance Team, president of the running club, a personal trainer, and an Orientation Leader. After competing in the organization for five years before earning the title of Miss Missouri Volunteer, Jaclyn is committed to encouraging others to pursue their dreams boldly, living by the motto, “shoot for the moon and if you don’t make it you’ll fall among the stars.” With a strong foundation in strength training and functional fitness—including an internship with William Woods University’s strength and conditioning program and attendance at the NSCA Conference—she champions body-positive coaching and women’s fitness education. Jaclyn currently dances professionally with the Spirit of St. Louis Dancers, was a 2025 Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader Finalist, and works as a Health Consultant for Sunlighten.

S.E.R.V.E. Initiative - The War Inside

The War Inside was inspired by Jaclyn’s Pops, a Vietnam War veteran whose dementia worsened due to untreated mental illness, revealing how often veterans are taught to hide their struggles and fight silent battles long after service ends. Through this initiative, she works to break the stigma surrounding mental health by advocating for veterans living with PTSD and depression and connecting families with accessible resources. Her outreach includes Rucking for a Reason, an annual community ruck supporting Welcome Home Veterans Shelter through fundraising and essential donations. Education is central to her mission, and through her F.L.A.G. curriculum, she equips families and communities to recognize warning signs, start critical conversations, and better support loved ones. The War Inside serves as a reminder that strength includes vulnerability, mental health is physical health, and no one should have to fight alone.

Miss Missouri Teen Volunteer ~ Julianna Fallon

Julianna Fallon is a driven student and emerging leader passionate about service, education, and creating meaningful change. She attends an all-girls college-preparatory high school, where she excels academically with discipline and dedication. Deeply committed to her community, Julianna serves with empathy and a genuine desire to uplift others. She also enjoys painting, drawing, and singing, using creativity to express herself and build confidence. Grounded by her family’s support, she leads with authenticity, integrity, and gratitude.

S.E.R.V.E. Initiative - Hope for Every Heart

Julianna founded Hope for Every Heart after she lost her aunt to pancreatic cancer—her greatest role model and a guiding influence in her life. Walking through the grief and depression that followed showed her how easily hope can feel out of reach, even for those who seem strong. That experience inspired her to ensure no one feels alone in their pain. Through her platform, she spreads encouragement, advocates for mental health, and serves her community through donation drives and hands-on service, leading with kindness and honoring her aunt’s legacy by reminding others they are loved, seen, and never without hope.
